Here's why. We select only young, tender birds, then cure them with a secret blend of spices to preserve that special Alewel’s flavor. Our turkeys are then placed in the smokehouse until they are golden brown.
It arrives cured, smoked and fully cooked which means it can be served either hot or cold.
