How we recommend to cook’em:
3, 2, 1 Ribs
Season to your liking.
Put ribs on smoker at 225 degrees for 3 Hrs.
Wrap in foil, and back on the smoker for 2 Hrs.
Unwrap the foil, sauce the ribs (Alewel’s BBQ Sauce is best), leave unwrapped and place back on the smoker for 1 Hr.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
